Orders

How do I place an order?
Choose your product, select the colour/size, click Add to Cart and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel before your order is dispatched. Email us at jasumatifashion@gmail.com with your order number. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you can return it as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available on serviceable pin codes across India.

Shipping

Do you charge for shipping?
No. We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and usually delivered within 5-7 business days. Remote areas may take a little longer.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships. You can also visit our Track Order page.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange unused items with original tags within 7 days of delivery. Read the full Return & Refund Policy.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. COD orders are refunded to your bank account or UPI.

Products

How do I choose the right size?
Please check our Size Guide before ordering.

Will the colour look exactly like the photo?
We try to show colours accurately, but slight variation may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

How should I wash my garment?
We recommend gentle hand wash or dry clean for embroidered and mirror-work pieces. Wash dark colours separately.
